How does the 30day Free Trial work?

Simply sign up and provide your contact details and a member of our implementation team will be in touch to get you started.

What happens at the end of my Free Trial period?

At the end of the free trial, a member of our sales team will reach out to see if you want to continue with Krofur. If yes, we will arrange to bill you monthly or yearly based on your preference. If no, you have 5 days to export your data and your trial account will be closed.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. What you see is what you pay.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes, just contact us to advise if you wish to upgrade/downgrade and our support team will assist you.

Will my data be private and safe?

For cloud customers on SME or CORE subscriptions, your data is stored in AWS using best practices.

Does Krofur integrate with 3rd party apps?

Krofur has just launched and right now there are no 3rd party integrations, but we have big plans with all the major apps, so watch this space!
